Terms and Conditions All above items are subjected to change upon confirmation, any additional equipment, required on-site, will be charged accordingly. Payment Term 1.) 50% of the total amount to be paid upon confirmation, but not less than 30 days before the production/event/shooting date. 2.) 30% of the total amount to be paid within 7 days after sending concept design/ creative idea. 3.) Balance payment to be paid within delivery date. Cancellation charge 1) 50% of the total amount will be charged if cancellation is occurred after the confirmation date. 2) 75% of the total amount will be charged if cancellation is occurred within 14 days and not less than 7 days before the production/event/shooting date. 3) 100% of the total amount will be charged if cancellation is occurred within 7days before the production/event/shooting date. Work shall only commerce upon receiving the certified copy of our quotation. Any items which are not mentioned in this quotation will billed accordingly.
